China-Nigeria crude oil deal

A proposed oil deal between Nigeria and China is expected to move a step closer with the arrival of a Chinese delegation in Nigeria today.

The agreement will see China constructing up to three new oil refineries.

Nigeria has four major oil refineries which are unable to refine enough fuel for domestic consumption.

BBC Network Africa's Abdullahi Kaura Abubakar sent this report from Kaduna in northern Nigeria.
