Ukraine hopes to get $120-$130 million over Venezuelan oil transit to Belarus through Ukrainian territory, Ukrainian Transport and Communications Minister Kostiantyn Yefimenko said on Wednesday.

"If the declared amount of oil is transported, Ukraine will earn $120-130 million from this," Ukrainian UNIAN information agency quoted the minister as saying.

Yefimenko said Ukraine would earn $ 0.27 per 10 tons/kilometer in transport tariffs through its territory.

On April 24, the first oil tanker, the Seastar from Venezuela with 80,000 barrels of crude oil on board, arrived in the Ukrainian port of Odessa.

The head of the Belarusian oil company, Vladimir Zubkov, said the supplies of Venezuelan oil to Belarus in 2010 may reach up to 4 million tons, in 2011 - up to 10 million tons.

On March 15, Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko's visit to Venezuela saw a deal for the South American state to supply crude oil to Belarus refineries for further sales and distribution on the European oil market.
